Burch apps use no cookies unless you sign in. If you sign in to a Burch account, one cookie keeps you signed in. It's strictly necessary for the account, so the law doesn't require a banner for it, and it's never used for tracking. There's no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, so there's no cookie banner to click through.
To work, the apps save some things in your browser, on your device: your settings, and the projects and templates you make. This is like a desktop app saving files to your computer. It's never sent to us or to anyone else, and it's only used for the feature you're using.
You can remove all of it at any time: use Settings → Delete all my Burch data on this device, or clear this site's data in your browser settings.
If you sign in, your account also keeps your synced settings and any cloud copies you save on our servers. The privacy policy explains what an account stores.
If we ever add something that needs cookies or tracking beyond this, we'll ask for your permission first, and it will stay off unless you say yes.
